Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sidehustlebosssupply.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders require a processing period of 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processing is complete, orders are shipped within an additional 5–7 business days.
Please note that some inventory is not kept on hand, which may result in extended processing or shipping times.
Shipping Timeframe
Customers are asked to allow up to 14 business days from the date of purchase before contacting us regarding their order status. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived by the 17th business day and you have not received communication from us, please contact our support team so we can review and resolve the order in a timely manner.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipment to P.O. boxes and valid mailing addresses only
SBHS ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 7 Days after payment.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
SBHS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
SBHS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Side Hustle Boss Supply (SBHS) does not issue refunds on any merchandise. All items are special ordered and shipped directly to customers, therefore refunds are not available.
Exchanges & Store Credit Only
SBHS customers may be eligible for an exchange or store credit only under the following conditions:

Items must be unworn and unused

Original tags and packaging must be intact and undamaged

Original boxes and clothing must not be damaged

All items are inspected prior to shipment

Packaging must be returned in original condition
Customers have a 3 business day grace period from the delivery date to request an exchange or store credit.
Return Approval Process
All returns must be approved prior to being sent back.

Side Hustle Boss Supply is committed to providing quality merchandise. All items are inspected for visible defects prior to shipment to ensure they meet our standards.
Due to the nature of apparel, footwear, handbags, and accessories, we do not offer warranties. Normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery are not considered defects.
